So,Driving Free Traffic To Your Website and Blog Articles I had my blog set up, but if you're like mewhen you start out you don't have any traffic to your blog. What do you do? Well, I'll show you what I didyou start writing on your blog and spreading the word to everyone else about your blog to come check it out.

I started tweaking my Wordpress layout, adding a few pages about me with my picturesand I just started writing about me and my experiences online.

I started linking to other websites and blogs that I liked. I added links to the free resources and tools that I had found.

Then I used the "Rig Hopping" technique that Alex Jeffreys had taught me, and I started going to other people's blogs and commenting on their posts.

I joined in the discussion with what was going on with Internet Marketingthe launches, the new products, the new techniques, the new ideaswhat was working and what wasn't.

I was commenting, and every time I commented, I left my name along with a link back to my blog. So that way, if people liked what I was commenting, they would come back to my blog, click on my links, and especially click on my links to buy my products.

With the Web 2.0 and social networking, there are a TON of places online where you can go to share your links with other people and tell the world about your website!

I started going out and joining the discussion, not spamming - actually engaging with other people.

I joined forumyou can google a list of different market-specific forums. I was meeting people and learning tips and tricks from other people in the forums.

I was giving my advice to other people toogoing out to help other people first, showing them what I had learnedwhat worked for me and what didn't work for me.

And again, every time I commented, I left my link back to my website so that if people liked what I was writing, they would come back and check out what I had to offer.

These are the small things that you can do right now to start building momentum in your online business. Always remember to add value, give your knowledge and expertise away through your blog, free videos, even answering personal e-mail will go a long way to help people out around you. You are engaging with the market and getting to know your market better, and you are becoming a part of the conversation online.
