An e-commerce business model with a platform that has connected a number of smaller and niche brands to customers everywhere has managed to muscle its way into a prestigious award list is indeed a great recognition for the management involved in nursing this infant company. However, in the same breath, the internet has been showcasing a number of Pepperfry reviews that are quiet disquieting about the true nature of this company.
What exactly is Pepperfry? It is an e-commerce site that offers a number of products and services in the lifestyle bracket to customers across India. Through segments like fashion, clothing and accessories to home décor and consumer durables like electronics and equipments, there a large number of products that come under the expansive list of shopping items that is available to its customers. With ties to a number of fashion houses and retailers and a number of smaller and boutique sellers, the company has augmented a large clientele of people and processes to advertise their claim to being a sizzling shopping site! With the accolades being relegated to the domain of the model that the company operates on, there is little doubt about the vision and efforts of the company in making shopping a tad more engaging. The site promises a number of discounts and offers and makes them available to customers through a uniquely designed process that appropriates these discounts in the right direction but augmenting more revenues for themselves too!
Pepperfry Reviews are however scathing in their content and endorse the argument that the company is practicing fraud. However, the number of these reviews is puzzling since there is an incredible body of complainers and despite some intervention by the company in redressing some of these complaints, there are a number of these reviewers who remain silent once approached about their grievances by some representative of the company. This makes the entire exercise frustrating and a number of people have abandoned the site in favor of others that might not be shrouded in such negative character with feedback notoriously framing the company in bad light. This is a grave reality for an enterprising business that has swerved oncoming competition successfully only to be dictated through invisible people who make complaints, a very large body of which stands to suspicion in terms of credibility in the nature of the report.
The management has instated a number of representatives on behalf of the company to rectify mistakes on their part and alternately disprove false allegations as circulated through the Internet. With the constraints of time, there is however, a lag in the redressing of concerns and so caution can be asked of potential visitors to the site who may be exposed to such allegations. But honestly, you don’t really have to be an expert to judge if those reviews are organic or dubious. Have faith in your intelligence to distinguish the truth from the hoax!
