As we all know that banks always provide vary satisfying jobs with sense of security and great salaries too. Also, in recent times , so many people have been retiring from public sector banks causing so many vacancies for the Young people and this is why there has been a sudden hike in interest of young people of the country towards the bank Jobs.

As we all know that banks always provide vary satisfying jobs with sense of security and great salaries too. Keeping this in mind, the competition in Bank exams has increased up to many folds as there are so many people trying to en cash on this opportunity of getting a secure and satisfying bank jobs as the flow of jobs and opportunities in on. Thus, so many applications arrive to the organizing banks whenever they issue an advertisement for recruitment drives to fill up a certain amount of vacancies. 
This has caused so many challenges to be faced by the Banks as the selection criteria requires the bank to be fully involved in the process for certain amount of time. There are so many tasks for the Banks in these exams such as issuing advertisement and qualification criteria managing the applications that arrive and the answer sheets and further, managing the GD/PI stages. Thus, the government has decided to centralize the written stages of these bank exams into a common bank exam organized by IBPS. 
This exam will be organized twice an year by IPBS to fill up the clerks and PO vacancies in 19 Mainstream public sector banks. This pattern is surely revolutionizing the way Bank exams are organized and prepared for. The benefits include that now the banks do not have to face the challenges of organizing the written test phase of exams and they only get to test the eligible and written qualified candidates in the GD/Interview phases. Also, candidates now do not have to Wait or so long to know there results and the scorecard they get will give them direct entry to PI/GD stages of any recruitment drives in those banks in next one year. 

Thus this new patter of bank exam sins surely beneficial for all the people included.
