Understanding the brain and its function in our daily lives can help us improve the way we think, perceive things and respond to them. One can help his or her brain develop in a better way each day through simple but effective tips. Each side of the brain has its own functions and some people may be one-sided meaning that they mostly use one side of their brain. When we combine the functions of each side of the brain and master how they work, that is the beginning point of creativity and a better understanding of things.

Through Brain Activation, one can improve the right, left and the middle brain. The left side of the brain deals with logic and details functions, whereas the right brain deals more in providing creative thoughts to an individual. The mid or interbrain is for visual, motor control, and arousal functions.
