Education (Especially at Higher and Professional Level Education) must be such that it must equip students with the necessary tools that enable them to be able to adapt and thrive in the world that is characterized by change, in all aspects of our lives.

 

Attaining technical proficiency is just not enough in such an environment. What’s required here is an efficient, flexible education System that prepares children for life and the facts learned in education must go beyond fundamental skills to stimulate creativity, intellectual curiosity and honesty Prospects.

 

Advancement and development both at personal and societal level is significantly dependant on these elements. Innovation and progress arise from the ability to approach a challenge in a new and more effective way than all the previous approaches applied to tackle that challenge and the objective should be to offer a better solution than all the previous ones.

 

Education must also account for a pluralistic tradition where other views, ethnicities, religions and perspectives are valued not only because that good and it is what should be done. They are also valued because pluralism is the climate that best suits for development and nourishment of creativity, curiosity and innovation that facilitates forming a better and more capable generation.
