It is increasingly being seen that executive education is becoming the norm rather than the exception. The main hindrance to taking up executive education would appear to be the time factor more than anything else. Taking out time for a professional course may perhaps be quite difficult for someone who has the maximum responsibility in a company or business. An overly busy schedule may not leave time for anything else or they may not be able to leave their employees for long periods.
