Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an all-India level entrance exam for getting admission in post graduate programs like M.E., M.Tech and Ph.D. It is conducted every year by Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs at Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee).
