We all wish to be healthy but do it so? Are we? We think that we eat healthy food but do we?? We all know that a person can be healthy if he/she having hygienic, healthy and good quality of food. But we do not have such deep knowledge to find which food will be of good quality and which food will be hazard for our health.

HACCP provide training not only to an individual about the proper management of food but also to Government, Food Production Company and pharmaceutical company with the purpose of identified all the potential safety hazards. HACCP trainer is much capable of maintaining the food quality and if there is any type of hazards is there they are well capable of solving them without any loss in quality of food product.
IT not only helping us to prevent our food from different food hazards but it keeps regular audit an inspection of food.
Although HACCP had not reached to its position because most of us
are not so aware of it but our MNC are taking step of introducing HACCP training.
So day is not so far away that our world will be free from unhygienic and un healthy food.
