The advanced massage therapist program at the Massage Center is comprised of 100 training hours, and involves in-depth instruction in various therapeutic workshops and practical experience. (Therapeutic workshops include specialized training in sports massage, Reiki I and II, and additional hands-on instruction on subjects taught in the 300-hour course.) The Massage Center's hands-on training is provided through its public clinic, where trained students administer hot stone, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage in professional atmospheres.
