With the diverse programs offered, students who choose to enroll in Mueller College of Holistic Studies will gain academic and practical training into becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Massage Therapist (Asian Therapies), and/or Massage Therapist (Western Therapies).

Among the school's course offerings is its Holistic Health Practitioner program, which encompasses 1,000 class hours and provides successful graduates with the ability to achieve a certificate as a Holistic Health Practitioner in Integrated Bodywork.   The comprehensive curriculum entails classes in anatomy and physiology, pathology, Asian bodywork, Ayurvedic and Body-Mind applications, kinesiology, massage technician, and advanced massage, sports massage, acupressure, spa techniques,Tuina, CPR and first aid, Reiki, complementary and integrative health, herbology, business and ethics, and an assortment of other related course topics.

Practicing massage therapists will find that Mueller College of Holistic Studies also extends Continuing Education workshops, which are approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) to help professionals stay up to date and maintain licensure. 

As an amenity, Mueller College of Holistic Studies provides a "Massage Essentials Class" to the general public, whereby interested individuals "can gain the same introductory knowledge and skills as the professional therapists who are trained at Mueller College." As an added incentive, this 100-hour program is dually offered as an accelerated, 11-day course.
