How to Cut a Cigar Properly

Relaxing with a nice cigar is a great way to spend some time. However, you need to know certain things about cigars as well as how to prepare them properly before you begin to smoke.

One of the most common questions among those who are just beginning to smoke cigars is how to cut them properly. Some people, generally those influenced by old western films, try to bite the end off their cigar. This is not a good option for a number of reasons. First, you can ruin the cigar. Second, you will have to pick the wrapper and the tobacco out of your teeth before you can enjoy the cigar!

Do this in one fast motion so that you have a clean cut. Cutting a cigar is as simple as that. When you cut your first cigar, you might not make a perfect cut, but the more you smoke the easier it will become.

You can find a variety of different cutters on the market, from punch cutters to guillotine cutters. These are available in the same places that you would buy your other cigar accessories, and you can find them at a variety of different price points. When you have all of the accessories you need, you will find that cutting your cigar is easy and that smoking it will be enjoyable. Don't risk ruining your cigar. Simply find a cutter that works for you and then stick with it.
