In the backdrop of outcry in US against outsourcing, Indian IT industry association NASSCOM today said the sector has paid over USD 15 billion in taxes to US Treasury over a period of five years and created over 2.8 lakh employment opportunities.

"Indian technology firms are deeply committed to the US marketplace.
