1. On your iPhone, tap Settings. Go to Settings menu. Scroll down a little bit and then tap iCloud.
2. Inside iCloud, scroll down again and tap Storage & Backup or Backup.
3. Under Storage & Backup, scroll down and tap Back Up Now option and it will update your backup to the most recent backup. At the bottom you’ll see when your last backup was.
4. Erase the phone. Go to Settings and tap General. Scroll down and tap Reset.
5. Tap Erase All Content and Settings. Tap Erase iPhone and you’ve to enter your Apple ID.
6. Now once it starts to erase, you’ll see a taskbar show up with Apple logo indicating that it is erasing the phone.
7. Once your phone is erased you’ll be greeted with your Welcome setup screen. Slide to setup and select your language.
8. Select your country or region. Select a Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Tap Enable Location Services.
9. Select Restore from iCloud backup. Enter your Apple ID and password.
10. Once you’re done you’ll see that you’ve an iPhone backup. Select the latest backup. Your phone will load it on.
