Happy Thanksgiving! You've invited a dozen guests and they're all expecting to eat. You know that you don't want to spend the whole holiday in the kitchen, so what are you going to do? Get up at 3 am to put a turkey in the oven? No. How about buying a precooked turkey this year or even purchasing deli sliced turkey and cheese for a sandwich buffet?

That way your guests can eat while they mingle, you won't be in the kitchen while everyone's talking and there won't be a bunch of dishes to clean up.
