The Art Couture Gallery of Dallas, TX attracted large crowds on the evenings of Friday and Saturday, the 9th and 10th of January, 2009. With the help of their faithful supporting artists, family, and fans, Gamut Control and Art Couture Gallery ushered the art community into the New Year with a bang. David Dayan Fisher of Hollywood’s “National Treasure” was in attendance along with other world renowned artists.

Art Couture Gallery attracted a large crowd during their exhibition of works by Reza Sepahdari,Beyond Success for Art Couture Gallery and Gamut Control Articles David Dayan Fisher (of Hollywood’s National Treasure and CBS’s NavyNCIS), and other well-known artists represented by Gamut Control. The event took place on January 9th through the 10th of 2009.  The doors promptly opened at 6pm, and guests enjoyed the arts along with wonderful food from Cappriccio Restorante. The faces of the guests were lit with smiles, and laughter filled the rooms of the gallery as artwork was contemplated and jovial purchases were made.  The lighthearted atmosphere gave way to a comfort between strangers where art was simply enjoyed. "It feels as though the art community is on the brink of a huge and exciting adventure," one guest stated upon being questioned about the event.  This statement could not be more true, because everyone could sense the vivacious energy.

The event was a turning point for Gamut Control and Art Couture Gallery due to the public hunger for more art events to take place in Dallas, Texas. Despite one slight error in a misprinted address, they had approximately 500 guests for both nights.  Their staff expressed an immense gratitude towards the artists who were present to share their inspiration behind their vision. David Dayan Fisher once again made a special appearance at the gallery to exhibit his unique art collection as well as supporting Gamut Control. Following the event, Mr. Fisher stated, "the quality truly is astounding, not just on the texture of my own, but the vibrance of color and texture on all of the other paintings.  I am looking forward to more enjoyable and successful events."  David Fisher will be showcasing his artwork in support of Gamut Control at the New York Artexpo this February along with Reza Sepahdari, a world-renowned artist who was in attendance both evenings.  Gamut Control will have one of the most visible locations at the Artexpo this year, which is great news for all of the artists they represent.  They expect to bring greater exposure to their artists and to also welcome with open arms any emerging artists.

Kim Klatt of Art Business News was in attendance both nights of the event and was so enthralled that he accepted Gamut Control's invitation to become an advisory board member of the Artist Strategic Alliance Group (ASAG), along with Jamie Forbes, publisher of Fine Art Magazine.  ASAG is an organization designed to protect artists and oversee administrative decisions made between Gamut Control and Gamut Fine Art Publishing.  With the support from both magazines, Art Business News and Fine Art Magazine, and other artists, this organization is thrilled to bring the art culture to the community and pursue new opportunities. Reza Sepahdari also accepted an invitation to be a part of ASAG.  He stated, "I feel the opening of your gallery was a huge success, and I want to accept with honor the place on the board so we may continue to work together and harvest our mutual talents and energies toward a bright and prosperous future for Gamut Control."

All of the artists and staff involved in this weekend's successful event paid a special tribute to the late Mr. Vladimir Gorsky. He was a gifted artist who developed much respect within the art world.  Everyone enjoyed Mr. Gorsky's exclusive fine art and his legacy will continue for generations to come. A special thank you goes out to Mrs. Gorsky who attended the event to support the vision of her husband as well as Gamut Control.

The success of this event at Art Couture Gallery would not have been possible without the faithful continuous support of the artists, art magazines, family members, and friends who have never given up on the artistic vision of Gamut Control.  Faith in a dream and perseverance have proven once again to conquer all opposition and rise up victorious.  In spite of the economy and in spite of many challenges, Gamut Control is becoming an unstoppable force.  Keep your eyes open, because you will not want to miss their next exciting event!
