Strip clubs are business establishments that offer live entertainment for specific audiences. While most of them are centered on entertaining the male of the human species,Strip Clubs Rules on Alcohol Articles there are also some that offer to entertain women or those with other preferences. Whichever gender they cater to, there are a lot of things that are similar among these venues. Among these similarities are performers on stage, laws that govern them and limitations. Performers for strip clubs have to comply with several laws that are in place to protect the customers, the workers and the establishment.

One of the many things that go hand in hand with these kinds of places is alcohol. Many people expect beverages based on this substance to be served in these places. Of course, many owners see a lucrative enterprise with this concept. Most establishments of this nature have bars that serve alcoholic beverages, among other things. It is understandable that patrons of the place would expect to have these kinds of drinks in order for them to thoroughly enjoy their visit. The reason behind this is that imbibing in it generally loosens a person's inhibitions and leads them to believe that they are allowed to cut loose on many social mores that confine them.

Laws on Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may seem the right thing to accompany a performance in strip clubs but there are a lot of restrictions that come with serving these kinds of drinks in these kinds of places. One of the laws that govern the establishment is to have a liquor license if they plan to serve it at any given time. These licenses can be applied for at the local government agency that monitors and supervises businesses. A separate license that allows them to serve and have alcohol in the premises is necessary. Outside of getting a license if the venue will be serving, there are also some laws that concern the presence of this substance and the fact the bar is found in a place where nudity is done. These places cannot serve alcohol if the performers go on stage or around the premises topless or nude. Another distinction is that places that serve this cannot serve them to individuals below the age of 21 or in the minority age. Performers are also governed by these laws and one of the stricter ones is in Phoenix where performers cannot appear nude in strip clubs that serve alcoholic beverages. This means that they must cover up their bodies and other private parts with pasties or latex coverings that only give the impression of being nude. G-strings or the equivalent thereof are also necessary for performers of strip clubs that are found serving these kinds of beverages.

Violations of the laws usually results to the government agency revoking the operation license of the establishments. Taking away the licenses and permits can also be due to the mere presence of alcohol as well as prohibited drugs in the premises. There is usually an investigation about this incident which may result to charges being filed.
