Varadhi Telugu Movie Review and Rating

story:

Gautam (Hemanth) is a young college going youth who falls for his classmate Aradhana (Sri Divya). On the last day of college, Aradhana offers Hemanth and accepts his love quite happy. Unfortunately, his happiness is short-lived as he was killed in an accident.As time goes by, the story moves to Hyderabad. One day, a selfish psychopath named Vinay (Kranthi) Aradhana sites and continues to follow it. A depressed Aradhana, who is still in love with Hemanth, continues to ignore Vinay. Twist in the tale arises when Vinay is injured in an accident. From there, Vinay begin to see human minds around it and comes across the spirit of Hemanth also.He learns tragic love story of Hemanth and decided to do something to Aaradhana. Rest of the story is how cruel Vinay changes and convinces Aradhana.

Plus Points: -

major advantage of the film's lead pair Kranthi and Sri Divya. Two of them have done an excellent job and fulfill their roles to perfection. Kranthi young hero is very promising and carries the entire film on his shoulders. It highlights the decent talent and is exceptional in emotional scenes.Sri Divya is beautiful in a girl next door role. It depicts decent emotions and brings a lot of depth to the film. Although the young actor Hemanth has a limited scope, he did an outstanding job. First half of the film is airy and has some fun elements. The episodes of love that come during this period and characterizing Kranthi is a major asset.
conversation scenes between Hemanth and Kranthi are witty and have been well executed. Some emotional scenes that come during the second half well designed. comedy track Srinivasa Reddy brings in decent entertainment.

Negative points: -

major drawback of the film is its length. If policy makers would have modified some scenes inconsequential, the result of the film would have been different. The director takes forever to establish the character of the hero, which eats mostly execution.The real reason behind why the main direction sees spirits around him is not clear right to the end. The film has many scenes that show off these spirits and could easily have been avoided. To make this commercial film, some scenes have been added that were entirely unnecessary.

Technical aspects:-

camera work by Rajendra Kosani is pretty decent. He made good use of data resources and enhances the film in a good light. Vijay Gorthi music is good and all the songs are meaningful. As said earlier, the editing of the film is below par as some scenes have been cut. Coming to the director Satish he made a correct start. Although his story is inspired by a Hollywood movie, he told the film decently. Had he opted for a shorter run time and made the crispier the film, the output would have been better.

Verdict:-

Overall, Varadhi has an interesting premise and entertains you to some extent. decent performance by the star cast and sensitive emotions are essential assets. On the other hand, some scenes dragged and long operating life makes the viewer feel uncomfortable. Look no waiting and you might end up liking.
