Child Discipline Book - Most Programs Are Missing Some Advice
Certainly if you are reading this article, you are looking for help with your child's behavior. Most discipline programs are lacking some very important information. Without this information, you are highly unlikely to influence your child's behavior.
Okay, so what is it? It is the diet your child is accustomed to, and it is the one thing that most parents want to avoid. Your child's behavior is directly linked to their diet. This is one of the most crucial steps that you can take to help your child, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
Most of the food today is full of toxins and preservatives that affect how your child copes with stress. And by inhibiting your child’s emotional growth, you are unknowingly creating an environment where they will have difficulty in releasing pent up fears and feelings, which is the root cause of all bad behavior.
No doubt you have noticed a direct effect of your child consuming extra sugars and sweets and their behavior and hyperactivity. The majority of parents still allow their child to drink the sodas and eat candy bars regardless. As a result your child develops low self esteem, mood swings and temper tantrums.
All child discipline programs should have this information included in them, but sadly, most do not. But, there is another thing that can influence their behavior and is a huge part of their diet, and that is water.
Toxins, heavy metal and other dangerous chemicals are heavily prevelant in tap water. And chlorine is the worst of them all. Your risk of cancer increase by 93% when you drink chlorinated water. Use a filter on your tap to get rid of all the toxins and chemicals. this is another important piece of information that is left out of most child discipline books.
By drinking more water, your child's behavior and mood swings will change for the better. toxins are allowed to build up when your child is dehydrated, causing the mood swings. Throw sugary drinks on top of that and you have a recipe for disaster. You will typically see your child lose focus and their frustrations will boil over in temper tantrums.
Being dehydrated is the number one reason for stress. An infammatory response is sent from the brain as a result of the dehydration. Harsh mood swings and hyperactivity is the direct result of this inflammation.
Your best choice for your child is filtered water and do not even bring sugary drinks into the house. Lower dopamine activity in the brain results in the mood swings which is caused by these sugary drinks.
