Your child's behavior is directly linked to their diet. This is one of the most crucial steps that you can take to help your child, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

By drinking more water, your child's behavior and mood swings will change for the better. toxins are allowed to build up when your child is dehydrated, causing the mood swings. Throw sugary drinks on top of that and you have a recipe for disaster. You will typically see your child lose focus and their frustrations will boil over in temper tantrums.

Being dehydrated is the number one reason for stress. An infammatory response is sent from the brain as a result of the dehydration. Harsh mood swings and hyperactivity is the direct result of this inflammation.

Your best choice for your child is filtered water and do not even bring sugary drinks into the house. Lower dopamine activity in the brain results in the mood swings which is caused by these sugary drinks.
