But if you and your husband would like to stay in shape and become physically fit again, there's nothing feels like a good work out. Specially if you were used to have some jogging or any other exercise before you had children, then you’ll probably want to get back again at some point. When you want to take the little ones with you, then a jogging stroller is definitely a product for you.

Jogging Strollers are an great way for you to get some fun activity together and get some fresh air. It's always a good idea for your little ones to get some outdoors time when the weather is nice. You can stroll around the block and stay fit and healthy while the baby having a fun ride in the stroller. You should not over stress your body, but jogging is definitely the most effective ways to get fit.

The jogging strollers are made for moms or dads to walk, jog, or run. The strollers have 3 distinct characteristics that separate them from regular buggy. The type of jogging stroller you buy will depend on what you want to do. If you are a person who just plans to do light run in the park then the simple light-weight models will suffice. But for more heavy duty task like going through woods, traveling uphill, or hiking, you might need a more bulkier model.

But before the baby is 6 months old, it's not recommended to jog with them. It takes a toll both on mother’s overall energy level and breasts milk production if you push your self straight away. It’s recommended for mother and father to use the 1st month or so after having a newborn baby to lounge around in your nightgown, take catnaps and enjoy just watching your little one. It is the only time you will get that chance. But after 6 months, both mom and dad could resume some kind of outdoors physical activities if they enjoy it.

When you are wanting to use a jogging stroller, one thing you need to consider is to ensure the neck of your baby is supported nicely while he/she is in the stroller. You need to make sure the stroller feature a harness so your little one is safe when are running. For use with younger babies, most popular brand names have come out with a car seat apparatus that fits into the buggy. This device has head and neck support with extra padding, and you can use it until your infant develops more neck support at around four months old.

You should keep in mind that jogging strollers serves a specific niche and they aren't designed for daily activities. They have long front wheel area (meaning it’s easy to bump into other people in crowding places) and they also can't be easily folded like umbrella strollers. But in general, they are great for regular uses as well, considering they're designed to light-weight, easy to manage and maneuver. Keep this in mind when looking to buy a baby strollers since it could give more benefits over a regular stroller.
