You are pregnant is your basal body temperature is high. The basal temperature is the actual temperature of the body that is not affected by the environment. There are special thermometers that can measure this. You can use this method if you have already been tracking your temperature for several months. It is said that if your basal body temperature does not go down, rather increased, after your ovulation period, then there is a high chance that you are pregnant.
You are pregnant if your menstrual period is delayed. If you miss your period, then there is a high chance that you are pregnant provided that your period is regular. When the egg cell is not fertilized, it dies and is excreted in the body along with the mucus that the body has prepared in the event that fertilization occurs. If your period is delayed and you do not experience a menstrual flow, then this means that the egg cell is fertilized and is now living comfortably in the mucus created to support its growth.
You are pregnant if you are experiencing morning sickness. Morning sickness is the term usually used to describe a pregnant woman’s condition in the morning. Women, especially those in the early stage of pregnancy, are very sensitive to smell. Subtle smell can cause them to vomit or feel nauseous. If you always feel like you want to vomit in the morning, do not fret. You are just probably pregnant and according to some doctors, that feeling is a good sign that the life you are carrying is healthy.
You are pregnant if you feel tired most of the time. Fatigue is one of the most common signs of pregnancy. When you are pregnant, it is obvious that there are now to lives that are consuming your energy. You eat for only one person but there are two beings that are requiring the nutrients from food. This seemingly lack of nutrients can make a pregnant woman tired. It is also true that when you are pregnant, you put on weight and you have something to carry. Therefore, you need more energy to move around and you will more likely feel tired often.
You are pregnant if you are craving for certain types of food. Pregnant women are known to request some weird foods from their husbands. For instance, some will just suddenly crave for a green mango or yogurt in the middle of the night. These cravings are usually brought about by the hormonal imbalance that is happening in the pregnant woman’s body.
You are pregnant if you hear fetal heart beat or if you feel fetal movement. Some people do not really develop a very big stomach therefore some do not realize their pregnant until they feel that something is moving inside them. This usually happens 4 months after conception. Heartbeat, on the other hand, can be heard 3 months after.
