Dumbbells are an alternative to all that gym equipment. They offer a larger range of movement than machines do and can let you develop a single side of the body at a time. Exercise 1: Dumbbell rowsThe only equipment that you'll need for this exercise is a pair of dumbbells and a bench or something of the sort. 1. Stand up while next to your bench.2. Making your upper body completely parallel to the floor, place one of your hands as well as the same sided knee on the bench. 3. Extend fully one of your arms and make certain that you have a dumbbell in the corresponding arm.4. Without tilting your back, raise the dumbbell up to the waist area.5. Do the number of repetitions as you'd like after slowly returning going back to the start position.6. Alternate arms and restart the exercise. For equipment, all you're going to need are dumbbells.1. Slightly bend both knees frontward and make the distance between your feet the width of your shoulders.2. Bend your knees as well as your lower back and lower the dumbbells to your legs. 3. Hold your head up and keep your upper back flat, and then stand up while using the lower back and legs to help.Exercise 3: Dumbbell Bent Over RowTo do this exercise, a bench isn't required. However, like the last exercise, the dumbbells will be necessary. 1. Bend your knees a tad bit while making the distance between your feet about hip width.2. Keeping your elbows close to your body, raise the dumbbells and squeeze together your shoulder blades. 4. Return to the start and repeat as many reps as needed.
