I've always been slightly overweight and if I'm honest it didn't really bother me that much until now and the reason this is because l noticed someone at work who l wouldn't mind trying to get to know a little bit more.

I know people say it's not the looks that matter it's what's within but if l were to lose some of this weight l do believe this will boost my confidence quite a bit.
