Have been thinking of exercising for a long time now,Home Gym Equipments! Articles but have not started yet? This is a story that you hear quite often and applies to a lot of us. It is not that we do not want to exercise; it is just that after a hectic day in office, you hardly get time to go to the gym. And if the gym is not very near to your house, that possibility is almost totally ruled out.

But have you ever considered setting up a small gym at home? Not a full-fledged gym, but a mini-gym with the basic exercise equipments that can help you to get a total body workout.

Some of the benefits of setting up a gym at home would be – you save commuting time, no membership charges, no unwanted disturbance and idle chats, etc. So there is a lot to save by setting up gym at home.

So what are the equipments that you would need to setup your gym at home! Assuming you do not have lot of open space and you do not have a big budget to setup big exercise machines, these are some of the basic set of equipments that you would need to get a total body workout.

You will need resistance bands, couple of dumbbells, push-pp bars and pull-up bars, exercise jump rope, and a workout mat. This is a good enough set of equipments, which will give you everything you need for a decent workout; and that too on a tight budget. This is what you can easily setup in a modest budget of around three hundred dollars and in a limited workout space.
