I get asked time and time again,The Most Productive Fat Loss Exercise Articles "Which exercise burns the most body fat?"  The truth is that there is no one "best" fat burning exercise.  In reality, you need a database consisting of many effective fat burning exercises.  With several excellent exercises to rotate through, you will not experience mental boredom and physical staleness.  This will keep your body challenged while encouraging consistent progress.  In addition, this will keep you motivated to workout.

That being said, I definitely have several favorites.  In this article, I will share with you one of my fat loss secret weapons.  This exercise requires some hard work but it works extremely well.  If this exercise is done properly, in just a few minutes, you can burn as much fat in as if you biked for an hour!  Another great thing about this movement is that it requires absolutely no equipment.

The exercise that I'm referring to is the Advanced Burpee.  Since technique is of the utmost importance when performing this exercise, I will describe to you in detail how to properly execute the Advanced Burpee.  Below, I will break down the movement into four simple steps:

1) Stand with a hip width stance.  Squat down and put your hands on the ground slightly in front of your feet.

2) Next, jump back with your feet while lowering your chest to the ground.  This step will put you in the bottom position of a push up.

3) Then, forcefully push your chest away from the floor while simultaneously thrusting your legs back up towards your hands while leaving your hands on the floor.

4) Finish the movement by explosively jumping up in the air.  Upon landing, quickly drop back down into the squat position and continue for the prescribed number of reps.

You're probably wondering, "How many should I perform?  When should I do Advanced Burpees?"  The truth is there are many ways to integrate this exercise into your routine.  Explaining all of the options is beyond the scope of this article.  Instead, I will provide you with one option that is simple yet effective.

Set a stopwatch for five minutes.  Perform as many quality Advanced Burpees as you can during the five minute period.  Push yourself.  After the five minutes is over, write how many reps you performed.  Then every time you repeat this workout, exceed the number of reps you completed during the prior training session.

Continue this pattern until no more progress can be made.  Once this point is reached, it's time to change your workout.

You now have a very effective fat burning routine that utilizes one of the best fat loss exercises.  Even better, it takes only five short minutes to perform.  Be sure to challenge yourself!  Your results will speak for themselves.
