This method is repeated by blocking the other nostril and breathing from the other nostril.
  • Some yogic techniques which involve washing certain body parts, but these put strain to the body, can be performed but they need to be performed under the supervision of a practiced yoga trainer. Shankha Prakshalana and Vaman Dhauti are some of these techniques.
  • Some asanas that are very helpful in managing fat from your body are Dhanurasana, Sarvangasana, Chakrasana, Paschimottanasana , Halasan, Bhujangasana and Ardha Matsyendrasana. You can learn these in the presence of a Yoga instructor and these would be very beneficial in managing your condition.
