This place is called Fire and Ice and it is everything that the above mentioned chains are not: Fun, interesting, exciting, and the list goes on. “Well what’s so special about it anyway?” I asked my friend who was raving about it. He insisted that I try it myself in order to truly understand why it was so special. I got the opportunity to check it out and now I understand why he was so ecstatic about this place. Fire and Ice provides a customizable dining experience where you are given a bowl and the opportunity to go up to a series of markets containing all kinds of ingredients. The options range from chicken to fish and seafood. There is even Vegetarian stuff like tofu! Next you can add vegetables and starches to your bowl. Pasta, noodles, mushrooms, and onions: The choice is yours. Next, you pick one of ten sauces from a stand and bring your cup of sauce and bowl of food to the enormous grill in the center of the restaurant. The talented grill chefs take over from here and cook your food right in front of you. They are known for their Hibachi style tricks at the grill and I can honestly say it’s very entertaining to watch. My meal was so delicious that I can safely say Fire and Ice, in the Garden Walk is my favorite Anaheim Restaurant.
