About Keemun Black Tea
Keemun black tea also is known as Hao Ya B. Keemun black tea is part of China’s famous tops ten teas. It has a very strong and nice aroma to it with a sweet taste. It is a black in appearance and olled up and dried, It is part of many very fine teas and Chinese teas. This tea is also known as keemun Congou and Lapsang Souchong. This is a decaf tea and taste a lot longer than many other teas when stored.
How is it made?
It is produced in Qimen County in the Anhui province China and is why many call it Keemun tea(Keemun being a slightly more English way of spelling Qimen). The leaves are harvested only during spring and summer just when they are ripe to be picked in the tea gardens. Only the bud and loose leaf are collected and taken back to be processed as that is all that is needed to mak the Keemun tea. This is known as the tea collection process. Next, the leaves are handpicked, and only the finest of leaves are sent to be refined. Only brown color. After this, it is labeled, packaged and sent off.

The keemun tea is around 30 percent fat along with 40 percent protein and another 30 percent carbohydrates. This makes this this tea very healthy as it is low in calories per serving, considering it is a breakfast tea.
How to brew
Use two tea spoons of the tea for every 8 ounces of water used. The water temperature should be 195 degree Fahrenheit(90 degree Celsius) for 3 and a half minutes. When brewing makes sure that the water temperature is not too hot as this will scorch the tea and make it very bitter. If brewed correctly it will taste slightly smoky. This organic black tea has a very nice tea favour and goes very small with English breakfast.
