The Carefree café is featuring an extensive selection of brunch offerings, starting with made to order omelets, a Belgium waffle station, cheese blintzes with seasonal fruit compote and breakfast selections such as freshly baked Danish and croissants, applewood smoked bacon and country sausage, seasonal fresh fruit and breakfast potatoes.Venues’ carving station will feature prime rib au jus and Virginia ham with maple glaze and pineapple. Seafood lovers can indulge in vanilla bean steamed crab legs, fresh jumbo prawns, salmon with piccata sauce and oysters on the half-shell.  Diners can round out their holiday meal with a delectable pasta and chicken dish, creamy garlic and herb whipped potatoes, and fresh vegetable selections.
