Instructions
Divide the sugar, orange peel and chocolate syrup  intofor mugs of coffee. Pour about 6oz of the espresso into the mugs and then stir. Top the mixture up with cappuccino cream and then add garnish, grated chocolate and cocoa. Serve the Café Medici immediately.

How to make Eiskaffee
If you know the procedure used to make iced coffee using plain cubes, you will find it easy to make Eiskaffe. It is a tasty treat that incorporates ice cream.
Ingredients
•    Two scoops of ice cream
•    1 and a ½ quarts of strong instant coffee
•    Krokant or chocolate chips
•    Whipped cream

Instructions
1.    Make one pot of strong instant coffee or freshly brewed coffee
2.    Allow the instant coffee to cool down at room temperature and then refrigerate it
3.    Scoop 2 vanilla ice cream scoops into a tall glass
4.    Top it with whipped cream
5.    Sprinkle it with kronat and sprinkles
In order to achieve the best results, you should use extra strong instant coffee. You should serve Eiskaffee on a hot day, where it will act as an afternoon pickup with cake or cookies. If you are serving people who cannot tolerate caffeine, you should use decaffeinated coffee. You should make sure that you do not put a hot pot of coffee into the refrigerator to prevent the glass from cracking.
