If you're like most people you don't spend lots of time thinking about kitchen tools. Then again, if you're like me and do a great deal of cooking, a quality kitchen tool is extremely important. I own several the E4 TPR Series products like the pizza cutter and julienne peeler. They are high quality, but what I really like is the soft grip handle. Makes sense once i found this Ice cream scoop from E4 I would not hesitate to "scoop" it up.

The E4 Ice Cream Scoop is well-crafted and quite strong. The finish on the scoop is like a mirror. Even with really hard ice cream this scoop carves right through with ease. I personally think it has a lot to do with the handle. It's so comfortable and easy to grip and control. The handle is oversized and crafted from soft rubber with little "fins" on the sides that add to the grip. Overall, this is a great quality ice cream scoop at a fair price and a welcome addition to my collection.
