However before you eat one of them you need to peel them first and it may be tricky.

But intimidating as this fruit may seem, avocados are really quite delicious and easy to prepare. A guacamole’s life depends on the ripeness of the avocado used in making it. No matter how perfectly you have seasoned it, if you didn’t use avocados that have the appropriate ripeness, the taste of your guacamole would still be lacking, if not downright ruined.

Double check the avocados that you will use before you buy them because it will be a waste of money if you don’t get the one you need. If the avocado is fresh then mashing it wouldn’t be a hard task.

After washing the all the dirt using water it’s time to cut the avocado open to see its tasty inside. Tip: cut the avocado lengthwise and if you’re going to use a bundle of avocados better ask help because it may take time.

Then take off the seed inside of the avocado when you finished opening it and scoop away the greenish meat with a spoon, make sure the spoon is clean.

After you have cleanly separated the outer skin and the tasty meat you can use the avocado to make yourself a shake or eat it raw or be creative with it and make your recipes. When there is some left over avocado you can pour lemon or vinegar on it so that the color will be kept for days and put it in the refrigerator to use the avocado for another time.
