Hello my fellow foodies! In the previous article we indulged in the topic of service in our beloved Back Bay Restaurants. Today,Great Service at a Back Bay Restaurant Articles we will once again begin our journey on the topic of service in our favorite restaurants. It does not matter restaurant you are in it only matters that you are in the Back Bay.

You see, in the Back Bay, service is something every restaurant aims to perfect because without great service a business simply can’t flourish. From the time a guest walks in the door they are expecting to be greeted and waited on in a way that allows them to feel at ease, have no responsibilities with their dining experience that day, and most importantly relax. Thinking back to previous experiences you have had at a restaurant and envisioning the whole experience, wouldn’t you say that the best part was the food? If you agree that yes, it was in fact the food that stood apart from the rest of the experience that night then perhaps you are not dining at a Back Bay Restaurant. If you disagree in that no, the food was not the best part about the night then you may be able to relate to our beloved Back Bay Restaurants a little more than someone who agrees with the former.

It is absolutely wonderful that food stands out as something that made a great dining experience however it is equally true that other factors determine the fate of the dining experience. Some of these factors may include the atmosphere, location or service. Don’t you see? Service. Now, picture a dining experience where you loved the service. In fact, I bet you can because even though something as simple as great service doesn’t seem to stand out in your mind when you leave; as it is usually the food. It plays a vital role in the overall dining experience. So, picking up where we left off last week we shall continue our journey though a Back Bay Restaurant dining experience.

In my last article, we left off agreeing to order a wonderful recommendation made by the server. Their recommendation of entrée not only will go greatly with the appetizer that we have ordered in that they are not too similar yet not too different. After eating the appetizer we will not feel too full. And after eating our entrée we shouldn’t feel all that full either because although we are consuming both an appetizer and an entrée while we are out, they pair with each other in a way that leaves us wanting something more even after the entrée is long gone. Thereby making room for a light dessert that leaves us feeling sweet when we leave. So, we are finishing our drink which may I add also pairs perfectly with our appetizer and we are having our last bits of our delicious appetizer dish as well when our server comes to us.. Well friends, this is where we will pick up next time, with more talk about our favorite restaurants!
