When one closes their eyes to think of Indian food, he can see dal simmering away in a pot infused with dollops of ghee and cream with a generous serving of butter to enhance flavour, alongside a rack of freshly prepared rice pudding infused with cinnamon, cloves etc. the aroma of the cuisine combined with its visual representation is what makes it such so renowned.

Indian restaurants have overcome the realms of traditional cooking and have infused a modern touch to its way of presentation. Initially, the presentation was rustic but lately this ruggedness is replaced by poised and collected servings. Restaurants rustle up their service by maintaining the authenticity with a touch of elegance by serving their dishes in well carved kadahis. The ethnic surroundings in such restaurants bring a feeling of Indian heritage preserved in the four walls of the room. Traditional food will always maintain its originality in spite of the cultural shift. The reason being, people enjoy the rustic feel of this form of food and the large servings add to the list of benefits. Indian cuisine is also on a stage of re invention in order to lift up its scale on the international platform.
