A brief article about my lack of co-ordinated cookware and the first choice in my search for new pans.

I have a small family,Steel Me Articles decent sized kitchen and an excess of pots and pans.  None of which are from a set, all of which are due an upgrade.

As cookware goes there are may options for the choice of style and company that I could go for.  I admire the classy look of black pots and am not so in favour of the colour assortment that is available.  I do however really like the stainless steel look.  Easily cleaned and able to retain their finish, without looking colour or shine, they are definitely an attractive option.

The is then the task of deciding which pieces f cookware I actually require; along with frying pans and saucepans, southing that is vital in my kitchen is a casserole dish.

So I looked at products Pro Cook products and they meet my needs.  The Pro Cook T304 Stainless Steel casserole dish has the immaculate finish that I like.

The functionality of the T304 is also good with a matching handle on each side it offers great support for carrying when full of my delicious meals.  The best part of the design to me is the clear glass lid; it allows me to see what is happening in my pot without loosing any of the much needed heat and steam.  The sensibility of having a glass lid is almost as good as having a glass door on an oven.

Currently retailing at £60 I find it a great choice.  Coming in two sizes, the smaller priced at £46 is great for preparing smaller meals and the larger 2.4 litre capacity casserole dish retails at £60.  They can be purchased from the supplier via a UK retailer http://www.everyproductonline.com/kitchen.html.
