Pizza is a food that spans many different tastes, from old to young, rich to poor and on and on. Most individuals will tell you that their favorite pizza around is at the local Pizza joint but I can say with all honesty that the best Pizza in the world can be found at an Anaheim Restaurant.

Most individuals will tell you that their favorite pizza around is at the local Pizza joint but I can say with all honesty that the best Pizza in the world can be found at an Anaheim Restaurant.  In this series of articles, we will discuss the finer points of pizza, from the sauce to the cheese and of course the dough. Also, we will attempt to define what constitutes the “finest pizza” and how one may go about rating the aforementioned pie. Moreover, there are a lot of varied styles of pizza. Some of these differences are slight, such as those between pizza from the east and west coast, and some of these differences are dramatic, such as the difference between pizza from America and Italy. You may be surprised to find that even among just a few Anaheim Restaurant locations, pizza types might vary in shape, size and ingredients.

Now, opinions will differ on the most important aspect of a pizza, but it is my opinion that the three main ingredients (sauce, dough, and cheese) are all just as essential - and for this reason I will tackle them in no specific order. Let us use this opportunity to define and discuss a quality crust. First, allow me to preface this by saying that in my humble opinion the quality of a pizza crust as relating to the quality of the pizza as a whole is a factor of the highest importance. One aspect of the Pizza crust that you will want to observe when enjoying a sampling from an Anaheim Restaurant is the thickness of the crust. The thickness of a pizza crust can really define the eating experience. Sometimes, you will find some that are reminiscent of a Chicago style, with a thick crust, and loaded with cheese, sauce, and toppings. Although I enjoy this variety on occasion, it is definitely not my preference when picking a perfect pizza. I prefer a thin crust with a crunchy exterior and a chewy interior. Also, I am known for preferring mine without toppings. I guess you could call me a traditionalist in that sense. All I need is some sauce, delicious cheese and a perfectly baked, thin crust.

The next step that is vital to ensuring a delicious crust is using the best ingredients. If you can find a pizza parlor that is known for using the freshest dough and making everything from scratch than you are on the right track. What you will find is that the quality of ingredients as well as the skill of the bakers will dictate the outcome of the next important quality in a crust: how it looks. A pizza crust could be the most delicious thing in the world but if it looks disgusting, you wont be able to enjoy it. It is a simple fact that the brain interprets taste based largely on how things look or, in other words, how it expects them to taste. For this reason, when hunting for the holy grail of pizza crusts, you must keep you eyes peeled for the delicious golden brown exterior that makes up a perfect crust.
