DIABETIC SNACKS

Methi Crispies

Preparation Time 5 mins

Cooking Time 20 mins

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup wheat flour

1/4 cup soya flour

1/4 cup chopped fenugreek leaves

2 tbsp low fat curds

1/2 tsp sesame seeds

1/2 tsp cumin

carom seeds

2 tsp oil

salt to taste

We will now make Methi Crispies

For that we require soya flour, wheat flour, curds, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, cumin seeds, carom seeds, chopped and fenugreek

First we'll put the soyabean flour in a bowl.

Add in wheat flour, curd, sesame, salt, sugar, cumin seeds, thymol and fenugreek leaves into it.

Add two spoons of oil into it.

Add in a little water.

We'll prepare dough out of this.

Once the dough is ready, we'll prepare small patties out of this and place the patties in a pre heated hot pan.

We'll roast it on both sides. This should be golden brown from either side.

Pierce the patties with a fork.

This is to ensure that it cooks nicely when we grill it.

You can give it whatever shape you like.

We now cut each of the patties into four pieces.

We'll now place it in the oven for around 15 minutes to be grilled.

Place it in an airtight jar. You can consume it at any time or serve these to guests.
