People come to Las Vegas for many reasons. Some to get away from their regular lives,Sin City - The City That Doesn't Sleep - Las Vegas Articles some to get married, and some just for pleasure. Las Vegas attracts an audience of all ages ranging from children that got dragged here by their parents, young adults who just turned 21 and want a great place to party without the consequences following you home, the middle aged people who come for a quick gamble and get away, and the senior citizens who sit at tables, chain smoke, and drink away what's remaining of their liver. Las Vegas attracts such a variety of people mainly because of the wide ranges of things to do.

Let's start off with hotels. You can choose to stay at a cheaper hotel (like the Stratosphere) which is all the way at the very end of the strip and would end up costing you more than staying at one of the main strip hotels after all the taxi fares. If you are looking for a good but cheap hotel, try Tropicana. It has a good range of tables and a better pool than most other hotels in Las Vegas. Rooms are larger than other hotels and their room service is quick. If you are looking a nice, classy and expensive hotel - The Venetian is a great way to go. The Venetian has large, very clean and spacious rooms with great views.

Thinking of what to do at night? Las Vegas has a lot of options. If you don't want to walk around or just gamble, there are plenty of shows, bars, and clubs to go to. Some great shows include V the Ultimate Variety Show (I was either laughing or amazed throughout the entire show) and Zumanity (you should definitely be comfortable with your sexuality). All seating is great for the V the Variety Show because everyone is on the same level. For Zumanity, I found out that Category two seating was the best. Balcony is too far away so don't even bother wasting your money. Some great clubs were Toa, Pure, and by far the best - XS. If you plan on going to any of these clubs, make sure you have the proper dress attire and if you are going with a group, buying a table (VIP service) is the way to go because you avoid all lines. Having a guy to girl ratio (or more girls) is always a benefit at these clubs and will either give way to free entry or discounts.

We've talked about what to do at night, now you're thinking about what there is to do during the day. If you are able to wake up and want to see things around Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon is amazing. There are several ways to get there including driving, helicopters, or buses tours. You can go on hikes, go rafting, or take a cruise along the Colorado River. There is also some shopping centers inside of hotels and a great outlet center around there. You can also go horseback riding which is pretty fun in the desert. If you're more of the adventurous adrenaline seeking person, they have great Zip lining courses all over.

Las Vegas. Sin city. The city that never sleeps. Home to few but great vacation spot to many.
