Lucknow Development Authority has luanched 3 housing schemes named as Sharda Nagar Yojna, Gomti Nagar Yojan and Priyadarshini Yojna Flat Scheme 2015. Under the scheme total 484 flats are available for registration which are located at different locations.
On the eve of Independence Day many development authorities are launching housing schemes for different segments of the society including Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group and participating to construct houses for all. Lucknow Development Authority is one of these authorities who are participating in these constructions.
The authority has come up with three new housing schemes in different locations and the authority has offering 484 flats under these schemes. The schemes named as:
Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme 2015: The authority has launched a new flat scheme under Gomti Nagar Housing Scheme of Lucknow Development Authority. Under the scheme total 186 flats are on offer by the authority. These housing units are available in Saryu Apartments in which 3BHK and 4BHK flats are on offer for all categories. Saryu Apartments are situated at Sector 1 Gomti Nagar. Registration of the scheme has been started from 15 August 2015 and the last date of registration for flat is 15 September 2015.
Sharda Nagar Yojna 2015: It is a flat scheme launched by LDA and it is an affordable housing scheme of the authority. Under the scheme total 112 flats are on offer located at Raibareilly Road, Lucknow. These flats are available in G+3 type building and the estimated super build-up area of flats is 41.53 square meter. Registration of flats has been started from yesterday 17 August 2015 and last date of application submission is 16 September 2015.
Priyadarshini Yojna 2015: It is also a new housing scheme of the authority under the scheme the authority has launched new housing project named as Sopan Enclave. The project is located at Sitapur Road, Lucknow and under the project total 189 flats are available for registrations. Registration for the scheme has been started from today 18 August 2015 and the interested applicants can apply for the scheme till 24 September 2015.
The above housing schemes of Lucknow development Authority will boost the real estate market of Lucknow and these scheme also help weaker sections to buy their dream home in Lucknow at low cost.
