Wash your Face: You must wash your face at least twice a day with a suitable cleanser. The important thing for you to do here is to select the right sort of cleanser, one that suits your skin.  You may even try to use aloe-vera for cleansing, however do not cleanse too often. Be careful not to wash your face with water that's hot or too cold, as both can cause broken capillaries.

Moisturize: A basic law of beauty is that everyone, no matter what skin type, should moisturize. This is very important because it maintains the skin's moisture content, therefore moisturizing daily is a good habit. During winters you may want to take a little extra care as the skin tends to dry fast due to the cold. Massage your body twice or thrice daily with moisturizer during winters.

Sunscreen: An important component for women, sunscreen protects the skin from the harsh sun rays. The skin fall victim to the sun rays and thus gets wrinkled, and so it is essential to use sunscreen lotion from an early age. You must not forget sunscreen even in winter and on cloudy days.

Lip Care: A woman’s lips are an artful magic that gleams, and so do not let the shine go away. You must always take care of your lips, and it is not very difficult to do so. Just apply a lip balm or oil or gel on your lips so that they won't chap out, or else your lips will dry and may even bleed!

Sleep: This is the easiest and the most effective of the lot, just get a good amount of sleep, that’s it! No amount of beauty care will ever work, if you look tired and worn out, and so make sure that you get at least a minimum of seven to eight hours of sleep every night.

Drink Water: Water is the most important substance for good health and overall cleansing. Drinking water is a must for all, and so downing eight to nine glasses a day will help you to hydrate your skin.
