When we age, the lens in our eyes harden and that makes sure that surrounding muscles work harder. If you don't exercise those muscles they will be weakened by continued stress and strain, and your eyesight will begin to deteriorate. When my vision started to get bad I did research on how to improve vision naturally.  I came upon many different techniques that can be used to help your eyes and the muscles that control them.

 I want to share with you 3 eye relaxation techniques that can be done almost anywhere and at any time.  By doing these on a regular basis your eyesight should begin to improve.

Most of us don't realize That the eyes are controlled by thousands of very tiny muscles. These muscles make sure that your eyes maintain their correct shape.

Nearly all vision issues are from mental strain and excess stress on your eyes. One of the absolute best things you should do is to make sure you learn how to relax your eyes and their muscles.


Try these 3 techniques in order to improve your vision.

Technique 1
Hold your head level and stationary, look as far to the right as possible without straining then look as far to the left as you can without straining. Repeat this movement 10 times about every hour.

If you get upset and stressed think of things that please you or give you calming memories.  Use family photos, vacation pictures or beautiful landscape pictures. Shut the eyes for a couple of seconds, allow a few deep slow breaths, open your eyes and look at these calming items.   Do this a few times each day to relax your eyes.

Technique 2
Run your sink water until it is quite hot although not so hot that it will burn you. Soak a face cloth in the warm water, lay down and place the warm cloth across your eyes. Think about pleasant things such as people, places, or items that give you joy.  The softness enables the eyes to return into their sockets, thereby eliminating stress and strain.

Technique 3
