The most important meal of the day also happens to be,A Great Breakfast-How To Create The Most Important Meal of the Day Articles sadly enough, the most neglected meal of the day. Dieticians have been yelling themselves hoarse about getting in a solid breakfast every single day, and the vast majority turn a deaf ear to these exhortations.

As it turns out, those dieticians have a point. A square and hearty meal at the very start of the day gives your body the nutrition it needs to go out there and combat whatever is thrown at it for the rest of the day.
Here are some things you should ensure about your most important meal of the day:

1)    Pack in a couple of fruits
Fruits contain natural sugars that are a prime source of energy. They also have the advantage of being light on the tummy, easy to digest, and contain (usually) a lot of vitamins. Some fruits also give you dietary fiber as well – this really helps with your digestion.

2)    Get yourself a boiled egg
Eggs come with all sorts of nutrients. They are a rich source of energy, and a boiled egg is one of the healthiest forms around. Have a couple, and you are ready to go for the rest of the day.

3)    Cereal and milk
Not the sugary frosted bombs that taste so good – pick up a packet that is enriched with vitamins, contains a good amount of dietary fiber and is low on sugar. Combined with milk, and with eggs and fruits, this breakfast should be more than enough to ensure that you can subsist on light meals the rest of the day.

It is important to have breakfast as early as possible, which means giving yourself an early start to the day. But combine that early start with a good hearty meal along the lines of what is suggested above, and you’ve ensured a head start for the rest of the day. And after all: well begun is always half done.

Go ahead then, and make your first meal of the day count. Bon appetit!
