Our busy schedules make our body tired and feel exhausted. Although it may seem that this tiredness is difficult to fight off, the reality says that you can do so in your own simple ways. You can take a nap, drink water, move around and breathe deeply to fight tiredness.

It may not sound so amazing but trust me, you will realize its usefulness once you have tried it. When you are tired, the best thing that you can do is to stop everything that you are doing. You need to inhale deeply and get all those oxygen that you can get from the fresh air. After that, you have to hold your breath for a couple of seconds before you finally slowly breathe out. This process does not take so much time but it is very effective in making your cells alive again because of the abundant supply of oxygen.
Drink Water. This is another very easy way to beat tiredness. Whenever you are feeling tired, you need to grab cold water to refresh yourself. Cold water is good because it will wake your senses. At the same time, water is very helpful in taking away the toxins and cleaning the body therefore your metabolism will be up again and the nutrients will be absorbed more quickly. Dehydration also causes the cells to shrink therefore hydrating them always is helpful to maintain the healthy condition of the cells. 
Move. You need to get out of your chair and move once in a while. Moving will wake you up and it will also tone your muscles. This way, you will not feel strained easily when carrying things that are slightly heavier. Moving will also increase and improve the flow of blood inside your body. This means that the transportation of oxygen together with other nutrients in the cells will be faster therefore the body will be able to function better. Moving the body such as when exercising also gives you more energy. This is because in the process, the metabolic functions become better and the fats are turned into energy sources.
Take A Nap. This is applicable for those people who normally cannot sleep very well at night because of work. Taking a nap for at most 20 minutes will help the body recover from tiredness instantly. Resting the brain and the body will help in rejuvenating them. Of course, if you are in your office, you should do this discreetly or you may be in trouble. If you cannot take a nap, you can just simply close your eyes to help them relax a bit.
