Why do people feel always tired? Surely, there are different reasons for this condition. It is best to know these reasons in order to find out the right course of action to take.

There are many reasons why people feel tired. Some people experience it as a result of physical exhaustion whereas others experience it as a result of mental exhaustion. Anemia – The lack of iron in the body can make you feel lethargic during the day. Iron is essential to keep the cells healthy. With a good amount of iron, your cells will definitely be effective in transporting oxygen. Anemia is not a serious condition but if you seriously want to be beat tiredness, this is the condition you need to treat. Take iron supplements or eat more iron-rich foods. Verify the condition by undergoing blood test and knowing your blood count. Your red blood cells should always be more in number compared with the white blood cells and platelets. 
Poor Posture – Good posture will not only make you look good but it will also make you more energetic. When you hunch your back, you are causing your weight to be distributed unevenly throughout the body. As a result, the body needs to adjust a lot of times in order to keep the balance. This step alone can already make your body use up much energy and feel tired. In addition, there have been studies that found connection between poor posture and poor blood circulation. Therefore, you need to make sure that you are not slouching in order to feel less fatigued.
Under active Thyroid – The thyroid gland is a very important gland. It produces different hormones that help the body adjust with different activities. For instance, if you are in a marathon, the thyroid gland can help you have more energy by producing adrenaline. This gland is very important in regulating energy levels of the body. The underactive thyroid is a sign that your glands are overworked and not working well. People with this condition may have less tolerance to cold and suffer from dryness of the hair.  Heart Disease – it is very important for tiredness to be diagnosed properly. This is because something serious like heart disease might be causing it. There are certain heart problems that are usually left undiagnosed.  These conditions can lead to high blood pressure and clogged arteries. The best way to avoid this problem is to have a general medical check-up at least once a year. This way, you can always check the health and condition of your heart and make sure that there is nothing wrong with it. 
Lack Of Exercise  - Your lack of physical activities can easily make you feel tired. When you are physically inactive, the muscles of your body will become weak. This means that you will not be able to carry out tasks easily. For instance, simple lifting of things can already be very exhausting for you. Lack of exercise may also lead to slow metabolism. When your metabolism is slow, food will not be converted to energy right away. Therefore, it is very important for you to create an exercise routine that you can follow by heart.
