·         Try blinking more often. This is especially true if you use a computer for long periods of time.

·         Try using a humidifier to moisturize the air. For many suffers this helps as the problem is related to dry air from the heating or air conditioning system.

·         Drink more water. Make sure you aren’t suffering from dehydration.

·         Take your vitamins. Make sure you take your Vitamin A and fatty omega-3 vitamins. These support your eye health as you age.
