Diet for blood group O

Diet for this blood group consists of meat food. Earlier, humans on earth were fed on meat exclusively, as the main way of obtaining food was hunting.

People with this blood group desiring to lose weight must eat foods that speed up metabolism, that is:

Liver and red meat;

Rye bread;

Spinach, broccoli and collard, and any other vegetables and fruits;

Fish and seafood

Diet for blood type A

Eating your blood type diet for this blood group differs from the previous one significantly, since its foundation is plant food. Changing the diets from non vegetarian to vegetarian, led to the appearance of this blood group.

Vegetarian lifestyle only will help individuals with this blood group lose their weight.

They must eat:

Vegetables (except tomatoes and potatoes);

Vegetable oils, Lean fish, Soy products, Pineapples, pears, apples, and other fruits, except the citrus fruits, papaya, bananas, coconuts, Dairy products. To sum up, we note that individuals with this blood type should completely follow a vegetable diet. The main menu must contain any types of vegetables. You can drink green tea, stewed fruit, red wine, and coffee. Usage of meat, black tea, juice of citrus fruits, sweetened soft drinks,  spicy food, fruits and berries, sour vegetables (tomatoes),  salty foods (salted herring, fermented, etc.), potatoes, cabbage (except broccoli), mayonnaise,.

Eating your blood type B involves eating of a variety of foods: milk, vegetables and meat. It is not hard to guess why. All of us know from the past that having mastered agricultural, primeval people started to learn about farming. After cattle, that gave milk, they began to discover all types of dairy products. Additionally, during growth of farming there was an active migration of people. That’s why new blood groups appeared.

Nutritionists suggest balanced diets for people with this third blood group. It includes the following products:

Green vegetables; Eggs; Meat; Milk and its derivative: dairy products, cheese, cottage cheese.

People with blood group B may eat grains, fish and meat, but their main diets should include dairy products like the ones stated above. Milk is very rich in proteins, highly digestible minerals, fats, and vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E, etc.

Diet for blood group AB

This blood group according to Dr. Peter D’Adamo is  very rare (just 4-7% of total world’s population), and no wonder, it’s the youngest. People with this blood group can consume any food. People with this blood group should also drink coffee, green tea, herbal infusions, beer and wine. Nutritionists recommend a mix diet for this blood group. It includes the following products: Krill oil, Fish;

Meat (lamb, turkey, veal); Tofu; Milk products; Green vegetables and fruits; Cereals (except corn and buckwheat); Nuts, especially walnuts.
