There is a lot of advice out there about how you can cure your tinnitus,Help Tinnitus Go Away – 1 Valuable Piece of Advice Articles but you need to get down to basics in the first instance.  What simple steps can you take that won't break the bank and may well make a big difference to your tinnitus?

TIRE YOURSELF OUT

Tinnitus sufferers experience a range of different noises in their ears, be it ringing, buzzing, whistling or whooshing to name but a few.  But the one thing most people have in common is the awful side effects of disturbed sleep and in many cases lack of sleep.

This is one of the worst things about tinnitus.  It is a vicious circle.

You can't get to sleep because of the noise in your head, so next day you are tired out.  Because you are tired you get stressed more easily.  Because you are stressed and tired your tinnitus seems louder and that night when you go to bed you find it even more difficult to go to sleep.

This is why when you go to bed at night you want to give yourself the opportunity to have the best night's sleep you can get.  It might not be great by anyone else's standard, but for you it can make the world of difference.

By making sure that you are as active as possible during the day you gain several benefits.  On the one hand you will be distracted from your tinnitus during the day and therefore not as worn down by it.

And on the other hand hopefully you will fall into bed so exhausted and ready to sleep, that you will do so in spite of the tinnitus. There is nothing like physical exhaustion after a hard day's work, to tip you over into the land of nod, in spite of what is going on in your head.

And lastly although the reasons are not fully understood, it has been known for some time that exercise in of itself is beneficial when it comes to relieving tinnitus symptoms.

So you really have nothing to lose by trying this out and certainly everything to gain.
