The disadvantages of the Jenny Craig Diet Plan are-
  • You have to follow  the diet plan but the awareness about the  healthy eating or nutrition is  not provided so an individual will lose weight when  this diet plan  is followed strictly  but it  might  become difficult for the person to maintain it
  • This  diet is expensive
For short tern result this  diet plan is quite effective as it ensures the consumption of  low  calorie in the body but without proper education on healthy eating  habits and nutritional value of foods  it would be  difficult for an individual to maintain it.
