On Saturday,How to overcome Panic Attacks, Phobias or Depression in minutes Articles I was filming for my upcoming show 'Dominic Knight' that is going to be aired on SWAT TV!!! We filmed at Pinewood Studios and I was given an incredible tour. I saw the set of James Bond, Pirates of the Caribbean and Harry Potter!!!! Part of the studios are surrounded by majestic gardens filled with many different types of flowers. It was a very calming place. When I arrived at the main studio, they took me to a beautiful conference room. I was surrounded by mahogany bookshelves that had gold trimming and I could feel the strong presence of this place. Many famous people have been in the same room I was filming and there was definitely a very positive energy.

The host asked me a series of questions to pick my brains and try to find out precisely how I have one of the highest success rates in the world. He asked, "How could I get results in only one session even though the person I was workings with had their problem for years and sometimes even decades?" Gavin, the man who interviewed me, did not believe this could be possible. I explained to him, "Anyone who has an understanding of the mind knows that it learns really fast."

For example, take a person who has been mugged down a dark ally, if you took the person back to the same place straight after the attack, or even weeks later, they would feel petrified. That person did not need to be mugged consecutively for several years to develop a fear, the fear was instant. Just as instantaneous as fear can be, so can confidence and overcoming fears. The mind does not just work in the negative it works in the positive as well.

When I work with any phobic, depressed person, or an addict, I tell them there is nothing wrong with them or how they feel, apart from a bad habit or routine they, or someone else, instilled in them. I help them get out of it very quickly as well by switching the part of the mind that causes the problem.

Think of it this way, if I give you a remote control for your television with two brand new batteries set the wrong way round, I could press the button for years and it would never work. People who have anxiety, phobias or addictions are focusing on the negative of what they didn't want and until they switch their attention, they will remain stuck in the same place. If I say to you, "don't think of the color blue," that is immediately the first color you think of. Now every time a person thinks they don't want to panic or be addicted they are inducing it and drawing more of the negative to themselves. I help my clients by turning the batteries the right way round and that is what collapses their fears and compulsions.
