Snoring has become a recent problem for most people as of late. Although it is a condition that can affect anyone, it occurs more frequently in men and those who are overweight. Some people believe that it will go away on its own, or that it’s not something that they should worry about, but snoring can lead to some serious health problems that can affect the rest of your daily life.

So what is snoring? It is a condition where the flow of air through the mouth and/or nose is restricted.
